The hiring ratio is a measurement we provide to assist you in determining whether you want to collaborate with a specific client.
To calculate a client’s hiring ratio, we examine the frequency with which they employ experts after posting a job listing.
Example: A client will have a 75% hiring ratio if they post 4 jobs on Cad Crowd and hire 3 experts with job contracts (i.e., 3/4 of listings resulted in the client hiring an expert).
You can view the client’s hiring ratio on the job page underneath the work description area.
📡 Tip: A client with a high score for the hiring ratio is good since that means jobs posted by the client resulted in at least one expert hired for most job contracts.
