The device intends to replace commercial detergents in the market with nano aqueous ozonated water to kill microbes • My internship at Albabtain Power and Telecommunication Co. saw me design components such as base flange, poles, and other accessories and assembled these components together, created drawing sheets ready to be used by fabricators, and worked on optimizing the components for optimal performance and cost reduction • At ITW, I used Ansys to compare the performance of a regular steel dowels used in concrete to a waveform shaped joint and conducted a full factorial DoE on the said waveform joint to determine the design with optimal results. Also, I suggested configurations and solutions to a production machine's rotary disc that failed due improper constraint based on intensive FEA analysis and design optimization

I personally love using CAD, both in university and outside. I have been using all types of CAD including SolidWorks, Solid Edge and AutoCAD, and I am very proficient in Solid Edge and SolidWorks, and I have a certificate of competency from SIEMENS on the use of Solid Edge 2020. I also have a linked interest in machining (both CNC and non) and I love seeing how parts are machined from billet materials into complex multi-axis parts. In my latest university group project, we were assigned a project to complete a full design report for a hydrogen powered vehicle. I was assigned the role of mechanical designer due to students in my group recognising my proficiency in the use of CAD from my previous university work. We decided to design a hydrogen power unit for use in a golf buggy. We chose a golf buggy as it easily fit the specification for a hydrogen powered vehicle, due to the short range needed, and always returning to the same clubhouse each day (which can be used as a refuelling depot). I have designed a fully assembled & working Solid works CAD model of a Wankel-rotary engine for this project (I can attach the design report, including the CAD visualisations and manufacturing drawings, as supporting documents).

SolidWorks is my best software for 3D modelling and I have passed the CSWP exam also. Besides modeling, I also do Product analysis. I always try to use my Engineering knowledge while trying to analyze any designed product. I have done various projects related to Mechanical Engineering field. Go-Kart racing and Shell-Eco Marathon are two of the best competition I have taken part in. With all this knowledge, I always try to satisfy my clients. Punctuality is my one of the good character for which I am known for. I will never do any delay while serving for the clients. Having "clear-cut opinion" is my another good nature which helps my clients to be more satisfied with my service. Google Colaboratory is used with Python as API. • Distribution-free techniques in NASA Uncertainty Quantification (UQ) Challenge 2014 - Stochastic model updating of NASA UQ challenge 2014 using Bhattacharyya distance and Euclidian distance as a UQ metric in Bayesian updating (modal updating) where TMCMC technique is used. Evaluating the outcomes using the distribution-free method, the beta-mixture model. Demonstrating that the distribution-free approach is superior to the traditional distribution approach, which makes numerous assumptions that cause uncertainties. The entire process of Modal updating is done in MATLAB. • Fabricating natural fibre hybrid composite – To extract the fibre and fabrication of hybrid composites containing varying levels of Sterculia foetida, Kigelia africana fibres and to analyse the mechanical properties of the hybrid composite by tensile test, flexural test, impact strength, dynamic mechanical analysis. • Experimental analysis on impact behaviour of E-glass reinforced fibre with non-Newtonian Fluid - Fabricating the E-glass reinforced with non-Newtonian Fluid. A 2D CAD model was created in CATIA and analysed in ANSYS and compared the results with numerical results. For numerical results, the fabricated sample was kept in a setup and sensors were used for finding accurate deviation.
