Turhan graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Architecture in 2014. Besides 5-years of work experience in architectural design and CAD/3D drawings/representations, she completed Advanced Architectural Design (M.Arch.) in Fall 2016 with a focus on scripting languages in architectural design processes, natural algorithms and interactive cities; and Architecture (M.Sc.) in Spring 2016 with a focus on time-space compression and its effects on global urban space. She is currently studying Ph.D. in Design Studies with a specific focus on material studies, digital design and fabrication in architecture. She is working as a Research Assistant at Department of Architecture, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Izmir University of Economics since September 2017.
