About the job
Please read the following very very carefully before submitting a proposal, because the whole challenge is in the details that are needed.
Project summary:
Design of a cube-shaped exhibition booth, with internal dimensions of 2x 2x 2 meters. The cube is to be able to host children and elders to walk through and experience ambient 360 images. Most importantly is easy to assemble and disassemble when the exhibitions take place and finishes, and easy to transport in a regular-size pickup truck or SUV.
On the 4 sides of the cube and the top side (total 5 faces from the inside), transparent PVC panels are to be installed and have pictures printed and fixed on them, with LED lights behind the PVC for a nice light for the picture.
The structure is to be preferably from prefabricated aluminum trusses (the trusses used at events) with crosssections between 15-20 cm. The trusses are to have all the systems installed on them or inside their crosssections: Lighting, hidden speakers, mechanical system for air circulations inside the booths as well.
The Cubic booths are to be designed to have one or two entrances, allowing for multiple booths to be built and connected, allowing users to walk inside from one to the other for multiple experiences.
Key details needed: The accessory fabrications needed to be done and fixed on the trusses, that will hold the PVC panels, and the electrical and mechanical systems. Another note is a blackout fabric tent is to be designed to be manufactured t...

Another note is a blackout fabric tent is to be designed to be manufactured to block the external lighting and allow for a nice experience inside.
Here are the deliverables in more detail:
The selected architect/engineer/individual will be responsible for developing a comprehensive architectural, technical, and mechanical concept for the immersive exhibition cubes. The deliverables should include detailed architectural and mechanical drawings, specifications for technical equipment, material recommendations, assembly instructions, and cost estimation for the manufacturing of each cube design. The scope encompasses the following specifications for both types of cubes:
• Durability and Safety:
o The cubes must be sturdy enough to withstand regular visits by children and school
groups.
o The setup and dismantling process should be easy and require minimal effort, considering
the intention to relocate the exhibition to various Palestinian locations.
o The cubes must fulfil relevant security policies, especially regarding undesired crowding
at entrances/exists and fire safety.
• Dimensions:
o Proposed cube dimensions: inner edge length of 1.5m to 2.0m.
o Contractor to provide plans for inner edge lengths of 1.5m, 1.75m, and 2.0m, including all necessary details.
• Entry Points:
o Each cube should have 1 or 2 openings, with flexible door placement options.
o Design flexibility to accommodate doors on any side, considering potential connections
between cubes.
• Ventilation & Lightning:
o Design adequate ventilation without disrupting the immersive experience.
o Integrate proper lighting to create a captivating and safe environment for visitors.
o Concept to incorporate backlighting in the five panels (sides and ceiling) to create the
illusion of an illuminated space.
o The cubes are designated for indoor use, only.
• Sound Integration:
o Hidden speakers for ambient sound related to depicted images.
-deliverables:
1- Detailed Architectural and Mechanical Drawings
2- Specifications for technical equipment required within the cubes.
3- Recommendation for materials, including specifications for usage.
4- Comprehensive blueprint for cube manufacturing by a qualified company, enabling comparable bids.
