Mobile CCTV Tower Trailer Ended

About the job

we aim to mount a telescopic mast and on the top of this mount a few cameras and which will be placed along a pipeline and periodically moved based on the work progress. They will be solar powered and so will have a control box with batteries at the bottom with controls and panels on the box/ skid. What we are needing is a design that we can then use to have the units built in Saudi but we will need obviously a design that is strong enough for the job.

A one-time project for the design of a road legal trailer to mount a telescopic mast and control box/ batteries and solar panels (items will be my supply) In a lowered position the mast will be 1.4 mtrs and when raised will be 5mtrs. Maximum weight at the top will be 30kgs. Below are a few scribblings that I did earlier and then also is what I could see the trailer looking like and also an image of what I would like to to be like. Dimensions need to within road legal limits and so around 1.75mtrs wide and up to 3mtrs in length. As per the image the trailer needs to have the mast and control box secured in a frame which could also be removable if needed. Lifting points on the frame and trailer bed and also forklift pockets on the frame that could act as stiffening for the mast in addition to bracing from the frame to the mast. As per the image I would require outriggers. Either on the frame or trailer for satbility when the mast is raised
The wheels/ suspension ideally to be single axis with leaf springs however twin axis... read more

Dimensions- Needs to be road legal so sizes I suppose around 1.75mtrs wide by 3mtrs long?
Materials- Steel. We will then either have it galvanised or blasted and painted
Placement environment- For road use and then placement off road along pipeline fabrication or placed on a construction site or even a marine barge (offshore) read less
