We are developing a hand wash unit that recycles grey water for train applications, that works on its own without the need for any continuous water source for a substantial period of time. The unit has two tanks treatment tank that contains a membrane, and a water level sensor. The membrane needs to be continuously aerated from the bottom for the growth of useful bacteria. The bacteria are useful for consuming waste and conversion into different compounds. The other tank is a clean water tank, which provides clean water for hand wash. this water gets clean water from treatment after it has been treated. The clean water also includes the water level sensor, redox sensor, and electro-oxidation unit. Both tank needs to be of plastic material like PP or HDPE.
The treatment tank volume is around 27L and clean water is around 40L. We would prefer if you work on SolidWorks for the ease of data transfer.
We require you to design the two plastic tanks, with the necessary sensors and other elements. As this product is new development so I can provide a more detailed overview but before that, I would request you sign an NDA
The design would be used for making prototypes for the rail application and eventually a matured product for mass production. We are expecting a large volume of production for this product.

Its a one-time project but may turn into long-term hire if the product matures for mass production. The deliverables would be the detailed CAD models in SolidWorks and complete 2D Drawings for the product.
