1. Proficiency in Leading CAD Software:
3D Modeling: SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, CATIA, and Siemens NX are commonly used for mechanical designs.
Simulation & Analysis: ANSYS or similar tools for structural analysis, simulation of movement, and stress analysis.
Rendering & Visualization: Tools like KeyShot or Autodesk 3ds Max for creating realistic visuals.
2. Experience in Mechanical Design:
Material Selection: Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes to ensure durability and safety.
Mechanical Systems Integration: Understanding of joints, levers, hydraulics, etc.
3. Biomechanics Understanding:
Ergonomics Design: Familiarity with human movement and anatomy to ensure comfortable and safe user experience.
Motion Analysis: Ability to analyze and simulate how the equipment will interact with the human body.
4. Prototyping & Manufacturing Skills:
Rapid Prototyping: Skills in 3D printing and CNC machining to create physical prototypes.
Design for Manufacturability (DFM): Experience in creating designs that are cost-effective to manufacture.
Quality Control & Standards Compliance: Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
5. Collaboration & Communication Skills:
