As a highly skilled in product, mechanical, sheet metal, piping and structural design with good understanding of production and assembly processes, I’m apply my knowledge and experience in design, by using design tools like PMDS/ E3D / CATIA/ Solidworks, AutoCAD, Microstation and many other. I am able to administrate these tools and perform software customization to increase efficiency. Working on “Brown field” / EPCM projects I have used to work in context of scanned environment in form of PointCloud (Leica / Z+F/ LMI). With my team I successfully developed and manufactured products in mobility, goods transportation, and consumer electronics industries. We have done more than 170 projects so far, and gain experience for each product development stage: feasibility study, concept design (compliance with functional requirements and limitations of prescribed technology), concept development (detailed design of assemblies and components in accordance with the limitations of materials and production processes), production preparation (BOM creation, material, and supplier definition), Manufacturing and testing.
