Hello! My name is Kostiantyn (Kostia); I'm from Ukraine. I'm a mechanical design engineer. I have very good experience in 3D modeling with SolidWorks (12 years) in all modules for design (sheet metal, foundry, plastic production, welding, and other), Geomagic Design X (different complexity parts), engineering drawings. Briefly about myself, I work as a design engineer, experience – 13 years (from 2008), the designer of POS/POP materials displays – 3.5 years, foundry production – 5 years, reverse engineering – 5 years. I became a freelancer in August 2015. And along this time, I worked for different customers from all over the world (United States of America, Canada, Australia, Germany, China, Malaysia, Ukraine, and other countries). It's not small auditory for that kind of content. I’m focusing on industrial design, prototype development, and 3D CAD design. My passion is to take an idea and turn it into the final prototype. I am aware of manufacturing processes as I worked on different factories and with various materials. I have basic skills in PCB design and soldering electronic components. My workshop is fully loaded with all required equipment including 3D printers, laser-cutting and engraving, CNC machines and other tools. Recently I have constructed and manufactured the UV-C air purifier with three levels of filtration. I have worked with materials such as: aluminum, polyurethane, polycarbonate, plastics, epoxy resin, nylon, wood, glass. I’m experienced in 3d printing, molding, sawing, milling, pouring silicone and urethane casting.
