• My capstone project required me to design a compact device, from a bulkier version, which harnessed nano aqueous ozone generator device components. The device intends to replace commercial detergents in the market with nano aqueous ozonated water to kill microbes
• My internship at Albabtain Power and Telecommunication Co. saw me design components such as base flange, poles, and other accessories and assembled these components together, created drawing sheets ready to be used by fabricators, and worked on optimizing the components for optimal performance and cost reduction
• At ITW, I used Ansys to compare the performance of a regular steel dowels used in concrete to a waveform shaped joint and conducted a full factorial DoE on the said waveform joint to determine the design with optimal results. Also, I suggested configurations and solutions to a production machine's rotary disc that failed due improper constraint based on intensive FEA analysis and design optimization
