I have spent 7 years in aircraft maintenance working on turboprop engines and propellers which has given me a breadth of hands-on experience in constructional theory and part design. With over 23 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a skilled and versatile Tools Design Engineer with a passion for creating and improving products and processes. My core competencies include 3D Computer Aided Design (3D CAD), CNC Programming, and Additive Manufacturing. I have a Journeyman's in Mold Making Tech, I have built and repaired die cast and plastic tools for over 10 years. I value quality, innovation, and collaboration, and I strive to deliver optimal solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the company. In my current role, I am responsible for designing die cast and plastic injection tooling from part modeling to full tool design using Siemens NX. In my previous role I managed the CNC department, scheduling machines, programming, and training operators on different machine controls and operations.
