About
- Hands on experience in various modeling modules (Machined parts, Sheet metal, Casting and Plastics) with detailed technical drawings (Parts, assembly and Manufacturing drawings) implementing GD&T, Bill of Material (BOM), fixing broken models and technical documentations related to design projects.
- Proficient in conceptual designs, model base design (MBD), design analysis/design calculations and continuous development to final design and final mfg. drawings. Good exposure in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), material selection, manufacturing processes and prototype integration and different testings.
- Working knowledge in managing designs, their related drawings files and design documents, ECR/ECN process management activities in WindChill PLM
- Creating models from inputs like IGES, STEP, and other CAD file formats & from existing manufactured components. Generating designs for activities like CAE analysis, mechanical testing and modifying the designs based on analysis, testing’s results.
- Creating animation videos for large/small assemblies, to show their working used for presentations and conversion of 2D drawings to 3D models.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for document creation, data analysis, presentations, and email communication.
