• Architect Allied architect International (AAI) · Full-time May 2021 – Present 3 yrs 6 mos Shanghai, Shanghai, China I was responsible for the sub-items of this large project, tracking changes in project requirements and overseeing the design production and implementation process. Additionally, I handled the adjustment and expression of rendering parameters for the D5 and Enscape software for this major project. I independently managed the installation of an art pillar worth 160,000 RMB, which became the most eye-catching part of our demonstration area. My work was recognized and praised by Vanke, the client, and received positive feedback from the public.
  
  Anlan Garage Project: I collaborated with the lead architect to design the commercial space of this project within one week. Within that same timeframe, I independently designed the garage entrance ramp, lobby, and entrance design. I promptly identified design and construction detail issues and provided feedback to superiors. I independently designed six luxury parking space layouts for residential units and completed 14 sets of sectional drawings for the garage ramp within two weeks. My creativity and related work were recognized by the client and successfully implemented. Furthermore, our project's entrance design was featured in the "Architectural Details" magazine, receiving industry recognition.
  
  Zhonghai Jiaozhou Low-Cost Façade Design Project: I independently completed the façade design proposals and handled Enscape rendering. I worked overtime until 6 a.m. every day to complete 14 sets of plan, elevation, and section drawings for the high-rise residential project. I tracked changes in project requirements and provided timely design proposals in a fast-paced environment. This experience allowed me to develop expertise in fast-paced project design and demonstrated my strong teamwork abilities.
• Architect Australia Botao Architecture Design Company in Au · Full-time Jan 2018 – Jan 2023 5 yrs Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China Zhengzhou Shenye Health City Project: I was responsible for the facade color and joint design in a tertiary civil architectural design. Within three weeks, I completed seven sets of construction drawings, including the facade color and joint design for three high-rise buildings. The construction drawings were submitted on time and the project was successfully implemented, receiving recognition from the project manager, colleagues, and the client. In addition, I was also responsible for creating user manuals and expressing other product rendering effects.
  
  China Railway South - Guangzhou Huangpu New Long Town 9th Floor Old Village Comprehensive Renovation Project: Conducted site surveys, researched competing products in the local market, and provided preliminary design proposals.
  
  Guangdong Qinchengda Dongguan Hengli Town New Industrial Community Integration and Renewal Project: Involved in the design of floor plans for tertiary high-rise residential buildings. Assisted the lead architect in providing different derivative versions of the same proposal to facilitate decision-making.
