* Piping designer/engineer with experience in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering projects within the oil, gas and mining industry. Participation in multidisciplinary meetings, preparation and review of technical documents and drawings such as design criteria, pipe thickness calculation, bill of materials, specifications of construction, welding, hydrostatic test, coating, painting, firefighting systems, key plan, plot plan, detail and elevations, isometrics, as well as modelling and presentation of equipment and piping in 3D model using PDS Equipment & Piping, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Cadworx, SmartPlant Review and Naviswork.
* Segregation and stress analysis of piping using Caesar II, criteria design of stress, loads
evaluations of supporting and equipment’s nozzles.
* Active involvement in field activities, such as field surveying, piping pre-commissioning, and work in the technical office on construction sites, responding to requests for information (RFI), reviewing and approving designs, optimizing pipe routes, and providing solutions for design and engineering challenges. Expertise in occupational risk analysis and safety work authorization, supervision of activities in confined spaces such as excavations.
* Proficient in Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AutoLISP, and Visual Lisp for implementing routines and scripts to enhance daily tasks.
