I am a highly skilled structural engineer with a solid academic background and extensive practical experience. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering. My education has provided me with a deep understanding of the principles and practices essential for designing and analyzing complex structures.
Throughout my career, I have developed a great knowledge of various engineering software, which I use to optimize structural designs, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and sustainable. My expertise spans a wide range of projects, from residential buildings to large-scale infrastructure developments.
In addition to my engineering career, I am also an entrepreneur. I currently serve as the General Manager of a successful Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in Nepal. In this role, I oversee operations, manage client relationships, and drive the company’s strategic vision, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services that meet and exceed client expectations.

Combining my technical acumen with strong leadership and business management skills, I strive to make significant contributions to both the engineering and business sectors. I am committed to excellence and passionate about innovation, dedicated to advancing the field of structural engineering while fostering the growth and success of the BPO industry in Nepal.
