I am a highly capable Architecture Technician/Assistant Architect/ Project Coordinator with 20+ years of experience in building construction, in familiarity with residential and commercial construction. I am involved in transportation, schools, residential, industrial, commercial, and mixed-use projects. I am knowledgeable about British Standard building regulations (UBBL), ordinances, site specifications, space specifications, and other technical documents and reports. As a draftsperson, I prepare manual and CAD drawings, specifications, cost estimates and lists of materials from conceptual design and architect instructions.
