I have extensive experience in electric vehicle design and fabrication, having successfully converted a gasoline-powered auto rickshaw into an electric vehicle, where I utilized SolidWorks for designing and fabricating key components such as sheet metal motor mountings, battery enclosures, and motor driver compartments, as well as customizing axles to fit the new powertrain. Additionally, I led the design of an entire electric four-wheel cargo vehicle prototype, creating everything from the chassis to the suspension and brake systems. Alongside my automotive background, I also developed SolidWorks expertise in designing 3D models and 2D drawings for electrical components like switches and sockets, showcasing my diverse skills across both automotive and electrical design fields.
