I can create the mathematical model of mechanical systems, including fluid flow, electromagnetic fields, and mechanical elements, using MATLAB.
After modeling, I will optimize the system and plan the general architecture of the machine.
Next, I will generate the ideal model(parameterized) in computer simulation tools such as ANSYS, COMSOL, and MSC Adams, and then simulate and optimize them.
Finally, I will design the complete machine using CAD software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
I have solid experience with all of these tools and processes.
Using this workflow, I have designed various projects, including mechanical gyroscopes(whole design), HVAC systems(for building and vehicles), graders(for corn and gold), and packaging machines.
Throughout these tasks, I have gained a deep understanding of various CAD, CAM, CAE tools, as well as MATLAB.
