The nature of work is the Mould tool Design & Development. Check and verify the product design then identify the feasibility of the component to manufacturing.
   Create Method Sheet for advance machineries like Disa match, Disa Matic and HFM for molding, LEAMP L10, L20 and Rotary machines for core making. And Decide which type of molding and core making process to be carried out.
   Creating the 3 models, related Manufacturing drawings and Core and cavity splitting for the product item. Using CAD tools Auto CAD and Solid works
   Major numbers of pump components are manufactured using core. So I also design the core box and core box tooling for fast production.
   Design the gating system for suitable components and machines through MAGMA soft.
   Inspection of the trial and pilot batch components for Production.
   Responsible for online documentation and BOM preparation work.
   Generate the report for rejection components weekly and have a cross-functional team meeting to address the issues using MAGMA.
