Responsibilities:
• Achieve PMC shipment target more than 95% every month within given deadline
• Predict demand and production abnormalities with solution and provide feedback to PMC or other department to eliminate the problem.
• Ensure the optimum utilization of resources and meet the efficiency target
• Develop the effective plan to reduce the production loss damage
• Prepare efficiency report & submit to audit department & cross verify the final result
• Find the reason & action plan behind monthly efficiency deciding parameters like: Std. Time per pcs, Extra time per pcs, Total Efficiency, Indirect/Direct etc
• Generate optimum manpower requirement on daily basis based on running models, present manpower, absent manpower, leave manpower & left manpower
• Plan for optimum utilization of resources to achieve efficiency target & reduce overall cost.
• Develop the effective plan to reduce production time loss with all team internally
• Follow up new model climbing, Cycle time issues & solution & support the line engineer for to solve process cycle time issue
• Daily tracking of input & output line wise & if any abnormality found then checks for the improvement & other activity to increase efficiency like competition activity or motivational activity
