I have 10 years of work experience in Machine design, Material handling equipment, Tools and fixture design. I have experience in all stages of product design i.e. from concept design, Detail design and drafting, Manufacturing of product, GD&T, Assembly and installation of machine. I have excellent knowledge of project management, Design calculations, CAD modelling using softwares like Creo, Solidworks ,Catia V5 and V6, Also team handling. I have used all types of harddwares and bought out parts in my design such as bearings, plummer block, LM rails, ball screw,gear boxes, Gear motors, Servo and stepper motor, Standard items such as C-channels, Tubes, pipes, L angles, I sections. I am Very good at concept generation, preparation of manufacturing drawing, Assembly of components, pnuematics and hydraulics etc. I have also experience in Analysis of structure using ansys softwares.
