  4. Sanitary Plans
  5. Electrical Plans
  6. Interior and exterior design
  7. Bill of materials
  8. 3D Modeling and Rendering

Signed and sealed by professional Engineers. All plans are drawned and designed by me.

Overall outcome came from the ideas and descriptions of the owner. All suggestions of the owner are incorporated on the project.
