This is a typical senior residential building designed as a single-storey building with detached garages. Comfortable housing unit for two persons includes living room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, and terrace. There are smaller units for one person without bedroom, and bigger unit with two bedrooms. Common area proposed with: central kitchen, restaurant, lounge, library, healthcare, and recreation area. The exterior walls are made of concrete masonry units coated with thermal and vapour insulation, and finished with adhered concrete masonry veneer or stucco. Interior walls are typical wood frame partition walls as per Canadian housing standard. The roof is wooden in all according to Canadian standards.
