Additional Information
This project has been amended. Two additional files show rough sketches for ideas for updates to original ground and basement floor plans to accommodate a restaurant equipped with flyer, griddle, gas oven and a pizza oven. Using these sketches required is to also overlay these updates over the original plans and create mechanical drawings to support these new floor plans. Changes to layout of restaurant are allowed if one considers necessary or has ideas for a better layout.

Hi - thanks to everyone for the submissions. I have selected helghast as a partial winner (based on the fact that the amendments noted in the Additional Information section were not fully addressed). He has now collected his prize through an amended private contest. Congratulations to helghast and many thanks to everyone!

It&;s amazing how many people will spend the time for a no gurantee, payment pending contest.

Hello,

With payment pending, it&;s a substantial time risk for a designer to work on this "contest".
It probably shouldn&;t be a contest at all since the deliverable is straightforward.

Just my take on it.

I might give it a shot. T-Dot eh? How old are these plans? I could do them in ft-in with secondary units being mm. I am also thinking one DWG for PDF underlays, one to XREF those into floor plans, and a third to XREF the plans into a parent file for the sections and elevations and the project layout sheets. Your thoughts?
I am surprised that Toronto allowed windowless second bedrooms in the inside units, but you&;re only interested in the end unit at plan east, correct?
