Description:
create a tray and canopy for a toyota Landcruiser 79 series dual cab ute, made of aluminum sheet with the external tray dimensions of 1760mm L X 1860mm W X 860mm H
non structural pieces of the tray to be made of 3mm aluminum sheet, however structural pieces of 5-6mm aluminum sheet
the design will feature a canopy box on the top of tray which can be removed with dimensions of 1600mm L X 1800mm W X 847mm Tall
the design is to have dxf files and STP files to check that the design will be practicle and will work during manufacturing
the canopy can be left as an empty shell, with nothing internally. the door should include hinges, and a toolbox latch cutout for the doors, the doors are gull wing (flip upwards)
the tray should include a 1200mm rear draw which slides out from the rear, tail lights and rear draws from behind the mud gaurd of the tray to the rear of the tray which drop down
for inspiration look at MRT trays, Boss Aluminum, PCOR, GSI Traytec, Norweld and other australian trays,
the tray is to have no side boards but should include a tyre holder on the rear of the canopy and a 20L jerry can holder and ladder
the tray should feature a headboard which is made from alumium sheet with a hollow mesh cutout in the middle, the head board should feature some angles similar to the rest of the tray to reduce the boxiness
the tray should feature many angles, without becoming obscure to reduce the box look of the tray
this tray is designed to suit a tough 4x4 ute
Wants:
this design must be made using Sheet metal only, It can not use 3d parts as the design is going to be made using a Aluminum, laser cutters and a CNC pressbrakepreferably made in autodesk inventor
the deisgn must be practicle and fit the neccesary cars and mounts
*the mounts can be designed seperatley to weld onto the tray*
Don't Wants:
a 3d model, or rendering it must be able to make DXF files and STP files a tray and canopy of different dimensions

Forgive my brutal honesty. But the contest is too low in prizes. What you ask for is at least 100 hours of design. Let&
;s be imaginative and we can believe that in 25 hours you can get a somewhat serious sketch. A PRO would charge 40/hr, but here you can get one for 20/hr. Being very very very optimistic, you would have more proposals with $500. It is your only project, when you get more time on this network, you will be able to take more seriously those of us who are the ones who give life to this place.

I will be make it in 3d model in Sheet metal & Weldments and convert to 2d drawings for manufacturing. I have 17 years exeprience in Drafting and Designing.
I use Solidworks 2023. I recently completed related project.

any software can be used as long as it creates a DXF file and a STP. file so pieces can be laser cut and bent on CNC pressbrake

Looking for a qualified individual to draft a CAD design for a disc golf disc aka frisbee disc that has a standard center core that can be screwed into exchangeable outer rims. The design must be within specs that I have outlined and feature an air tight interlocking design that will not come loose when the disc is thrown or hits an object. Production of this item would be injection molded with TPE.

Required is to convert original architectural sketches into layered DWG drawings. The unit of interest is the first unit from right to left and the work can be limited to re-drafting of plans and details only for this unit. Details from mid units must be used to overlay details for the unit of interest (as the original drafter provided greater details that apply for for all units only on the 2nd, 3rd of 4th units)

I am trying to make a silicone mermaid brush. I need a cad design of the tail since the ferrule and hair would be added on. This is a make up brush used for make up. I would like the tail to have scales as well as a bit of pearls.
