Description:
I'd like to have several tuck and fold boxes designed to look like elegantly wrapped gifts with nothing but the printed box and I would tie a ribbon around the box. The box in and of itself will have a glossy finish - but it should not look so much like a typical branded box - but should make the recipient feel like it is a beautiful gift. The use of simplicity and bold graphics to achieve a striking effect is key. It would be nice if the inside of the lid had a color and graphic when the user opens it. Inside the box will be a green and white marbled tissue paper (file attached). So the box needs to compliment this tissue paper and work with brand assets.

I will be printing with Packlane.com so you can see how their box prints look. I have attached a sample of what a "tuck and fold" box looks like.
Wants:
I would between 4-6 box styles so that when they are put together the various styles compliment eachother as a family of gift wrapped packages. The final ribbon color will be Ivory and Black (most likely a light box with the black ribbon and the ivory ribbon off the dark box). They finished look can display whimsy or humor (eyes peeking out or text). The designs need to incorporate brand assets. I have attached brand logo, mark, colors, the wrapping paper is inside the box and the first thing you see when you open the box.
Effectively a look worthy of Barneys New York. For the mock up - these will be the final sizes but not all six need to be used (any 4 is fine).
12 x 8.25 x 6”
15 x 11 x 2”
6.25 x 6.25 x 3”
6.25 x 7.5 x 3”
19 x 14 x 4”
28 x 18 x 6”
Don't Wants:
No Seasonal or Holiday references. Nothing childish or gaudy or with logos everywhere. Nothing that requires a complicated ribbon ties or bows. I plan on just tying the ribbon once across the middle or perpendicular across box with a simple shoe lace bow.
Company Logo:
Yes
Software:
  1. Adobe Illustrator

I took a look at the packlane.com website and I saw that there are three types of boxes that can be customized. The types are: Mailer Box, Folding Carton and Shipping Box. I think you're interested in a design like type “Mailer Box”. Is my assessment correct?

Hello, the submission shows the closed view - but it is not a "tuck and fold" box. It is a 2 piece box. Each of these 4 submissions are basically identical except for size. In general the visual on this is not very appealing to me. I like the icon placed in the corner - but the use of white and ivory on the outside on alternating panels is not aesthetically pleasing to me.

Thank you for the first submission of Elegant Box. I like the simple concept of the outside with the marbled interior. However, the most important aspect of the box is how it looks when it is closed and you do not show this view. I had also requested multiple box designs (at least 4) and you have only submitted one. Also, the box will be adorned with a separate ribbon. It can not be part of the box or fused to the box. The challenge is to create a box design that is limited to printing options only. No variations on box die cut or extra materials. The only non printed adornment would be a simple ribbon. Thank you.

One World Bracelet
We are designing a silicone bracelet that will consist of 14 equal-sized, interconnected sections. 7 of the bracelet sections will hold a small amount of water from each of the world’s 7 seas. The other 7 sections will contain small amounts of soil from the world’s 7 continents. The idea is that wearing a bracelet that contains samples of water and soil from around the world will make people feel more globally connected. The 7 sections that contain soil should be a light shade of brown and the sections that contain water should be a light shade of blue. We are open to each designer’s initial suggestions for specific colors to use and will provide feedback after receiving the initial designs. However, we would like both the brown and blue sections of the bracelet to be opaque (i.e. - non-translucent). Additionally, we would like to see two versions of the bracelet in all initial submissions…one that has the 7 sections of water on one side and the 7 sections of soil on the other side of the bracelet. And in the other version we would like to see alternating sections of soil, water, soil, water, etc. We will eventually have different sizes of the bracelet but for the initial design we can use a “medium” inner-circumference size of 7.5” (19 cm). We are looking to have a 3D CAD rendering for prototyping. We welcome feedback and submissions from designers who can suggest approaches for producing a bracelet like this that will need to have small amounts of water and soil injected into the bracelet sections at some point during or after the initial manufacturing process.
KLEIN radio
A rugged 2-way radio without the bulk. View our current walkies at www.headsetusa.com and our rugged android phones at www.sonimtech.com. We need to design the look of a new 2-way radio to be true military spec yet not bulky with large "bumpers". Our goal is waterproof and able to be "dropped of a building" and not break apart.
SuperSuv to be hand built for personal use
Off/On Road Super SUV, 3 seater Central driving position like a Mclaren. Rear engined, removable roof which when not in use goes over engine bay. 26 inch rims. Very clean lines. Will use donor lights (pictures included in files). Car must be dramatic with very clean simple lines. Interior must be very simple and clean lines. I have uploaded many files for inspiration. Countach for rear. Corvette for door treatment. White lotus for air vents. Diablo for roof and body lines.

Engineering design: extending foundation pile support
3 different components need to join together to form 1 piece. The combined assembly is a clamp on system, that clamps onto 36" diameter pipe, then when hydraulic pistons are activated the arms extend and lock out to approximately 45deg. I have attached schematics showing in 2d what I am after. Potential for significant future work for winning designer.
