i need help for my project teleoperaed wheel chair,which is basically targetting for modified design of wheel chair including different features like, rotatable in any direction,stair climbing, and if any additional and creative solutions if you have. some samples for what i want are attached for clear idea. designs given just for reference.not the actual one.

I want to design a 3D model of the attached file, without the center yellow arabic text. The model need to be ready for 3D printing. The dimensions of the Shield are 40x40cm. And I need it to be separated into smaller parts because my 3D printer max dimensions are 30x20x20cm.
