Description:
I just recently bought a 490 sqft apartment in Hong Kong and I'm looking to get some 3D renderings of what the final outcome would look like with placement of furniture, color of walls, and etc. The place is already finished with medium brown wood flooring with white walls and a darker wood trim. The flooring I'm not thinking about changing, but I could potentially be swayed into changing to a polished concrete look. The bathroom and kitchen doesn't need to be designed as they already finished and I will keep it as it is. The images show some ideas I saw on the internet that I think would look good. The video shows the show flat but of a dimension that is 11 sqft smaller than the actual place I bought. The plans of the actual layout of the place don't show the elevation but it should be rendered for all heights to be 3 meters.
Wants:
The style of the place should be Scandinavian Modern. The materials being used can be glass, wood, marble, and metal / aluminum. The color scheme should be neutral and I was looking at maybe getting the whole place painted in a grey that would be good with the medium brown flooring tone. The smaller bedroom should just be using a single bed with some kind of hidden storage as Hong Kong is quite small. The master should be able to fit a standard Queen size bed.
Don't Wants:
Even though it is Hong Kong and the space is quite small I don't want it to feel cluttered when you walk in or cramped. There will only be 2 people living here. The sofa should be a standard 2 meter 3 seater.

Discussion
Hi, I´m not sure if there is problem with messages on this web page, so just in case you didn´t get any of my replies, I´m available for adding changes to project. Best regards !
@its made ezy you should be doing it for the bedrooms and living room
Do I need to do rendering for living area also? or only for bedrooms?
Hi everyone I added some comments to vinworkx&
;s part 2 sketch up drawing. If you go into the comment section in there you can find all the answers to his questions.

wait for me!;D
Points in the presentation for clarification.
@VinWorkx yes it should be a column the 300 mm parts
@ Vinworkx you should base the height as 3 meters for all heights
Would it be good to take inside height ( Floor-to-ceiling) as 2745 mm ( around 9 feet) ?
The walls of the apartment are of varying thicknesses. At some area it is 300 mm thick. Is this a column.? Unable to understand the column structure ( where all the columns come in this plan). As this is a high rise building there must be a proper column structure plan within which the walls are constructed., The walls are not load bearing members.
The reason I brought this up is is it is easier to drill in the walls and almost not possible ( may not be allowed) to drill holes in the columns. Hence the interiors could be worked around this. That is the only idea behind it.

Hello, i am working on this would be happy to provide excellent design based exactly on your requirements. Can you please confirm if this is a hidden design contest?
@AkumaX Oh I see what you are saying the sliding door is approximately 1.7 meters wide that entrance to the balcony is roughly 0.750 meters.
@VinWorkX it is on the 32nd floor
On which floor( storey no.) is the apartment situated ?
Sliding door to Living room going out Balcony area.
Wait what sliding door, I don&
;t believe there is any sliding door.

Flourish & Flow Restaurant Branding Challenge (Logo & Interior Design)
We’re excited to invite talented designers to create a captivating and luxury logo and interior design concept for Flourish & Flow, a unique restaurant and marketplace dedicated to women’s health and wellness. Our eatery will focus on nutritious meals aligned with the phases of the menstrual cycle, fostering a supportive community around holistic living.
This concept is a combination of fine dining at a fast casual pace, as well as a little marketplace for healthy slowed cooked meals for on the go. The environment is warm and welcoming and a place for women to meet their nutritional needs and feel empowered.
Specifically I am looking for a brand logo, storefront signage, and interior designs.
We are looking for innovative and vibrant designs that embody our brand’s mission of empowerment, nourishment, and connection. The winning designs should resonate with women of all ages and reflect a modern yet warm atmosphere.
