Description:
We are developing a digital “Name Tag” (LCD screen) for wine glasses that will communicate with a mobile app. so people will be able to communicate with the tag via their smartphone and find their glass in case they can’t tell which wine glass is theirs...etc.
We are looking for few design concept options for a prototype 3D design that we will print.
Wants:
This is what are basically looking for:
The tag will need to be easily connected to the wine glass’s poll with some kind of a an easy on/off rubber clip solution so it is very easy to clip it on to the wine glass and take it off when needed (see Fig. A). See also Fig. B, Fig. C and Fig. D to better understand where is the area that the digital name tag need to be positioned on the wine glass.

Very high class fancy, futuristic and elegant design, almost like a jewelry. See for example all the recent smart watches out there such as the new Moto 360 (moto360.motorola.com/) or LG G Watch (www.lg.com/global/gwatch) etc…

You can offer different sizes and shapes (rectangle, oval...etc) for the tag, but the basic size is around ⅛”-¼” High, 2,0” Long, 1.0” Wide

Device will be charged via wireless charger or will have a water resistant plug cup, so you can add a mini usb charger socket with a water resistant plug cup in the design.

On/Off button

Please show in the design a name (“John” for example) on the digital tag LCD display.
If at all possible please also show the digital tag as if attached to a wine glass.

We’ll most likely select 3-5 design concepts for our project.

Not sure. Is this a digital tag with LCD display?

I submitted a design, but the renderings did not turn out as I expected. Is the design that I submitted clear and within your requirements? Thank you...

Every glass is different of course, that is why we'll need to have some kind of a rubber (or other flexible material) flexible clip, or any other solution to attached the tag to the wine glass.
Thank you.

Don’t worry about the actual component for now, we only need a concept design idea you can come up with based on around ⅛”-¼” High, 2,0” Long, 1.0” Wide
Thank you.

can you mention what LCD display that you will use? i found this small one at Newhaven, but the measurement is little bit exceeding your values : http://www.newhavendisplay.com/nhd0108bzfsyybw33v3-p-5152.html

Hi Selva,
Not to exceed this value if possible.

hi Arel,
you have mentioned the basic size is around ⅛”-¼” High, 2,0” Long, 1.0” Wide that means should not exceed this value or is the minimum value.

Faith Based Jewelry_1_Christianity
We are a start up launching a line of jewelry based on faith/religion. We are looking to launch with a number of necklaces and bracelets so we are looking for highly innovative designs for pendants and bracelet charms which signify faith based meaning. We want our jewelry line to be worn everyday (not just on occasions) as a charm so that one is never without the blessings of one's faith. We want it to be an essential companion to a user, through thick and thin, to give them the reassurance that one is never alone. We expect: 2 designs for necklace pendants 2 designs for the bracelet charms The designs should be made for metal (sterling silver).
The ROBERT project
We would like a fresh set of eyes on our device ROBERT, a rehabilitation robot that release healthcare workers of heavy and continuous lifting which can cause physical strain and pain in the back, loin, wrists and shoulders. We aim to optimise rehabilitation through more frequently and prolonged exercises which can result in fewer complications and a faster retrieval of a patient’s strength. See more at www.myrobert.com. The current look is a mixture of many components comming together which does not result in a uniform design. Further we whish to incorporate a new robot arm, made by the company KUKA, the LBR iiwa version, https://www.kuka.com/en-de/products/robot-systems/industrial-robots/lbr-iiwa. This will later come in a MEDtech version, similar in use but in white and with a small change to the interface base. CAD data of the industrial version can be used for this design, change is that wiring will come out of the bottom of the medtech version and not the sides like the industrial version, so completely round in base instead of the small square thing on the side of the industrial version (so no visible wires). The industrial version can be downloaded here: https://www.kuka.com/en-de/services/downloads. It is the "LBR iiwa 14 R820" found under division "KUKA Robotics".
Industrial Design of a Hand Pulse Detector
We are looking for a industrial design (outlook) of a hand pulse detector. This device will consist of the following. 1) Two metal plates on the device that will come in contact with hand when grip on it. This will form a closed circuit between the plates and thereby detect the electrical pulse from the hand (refer to attached for the existing device). Ideally the area of each contact surface of the metal plate should be more than 2000 square mm. 2) A micro USB port for charging the battery. 3) Power Indicator 4) ON/OFF switch. Internal design of the device is not necessary but must cater enough room to house the below 1) 1500 square mm X 1mm (thickness) PCB 2) 750 square mm X 4mm(thickness) battery. The design shall be in 3D CAD.
Keyshot Product Rendering
Render photo-realistic multiple view of products for use in visualization, web/print etc. 8 product models, 3D STP files already available Requiring only application of surface finish and lighting options.
Chocolate Melangeur
I need a stone mill grinder powered by an electric motor. There will be two granite stones weighing circa 10 kg each that will spin on top a granite base, which weighs 15 kg. The base will be at the bottom of a stainless steel pan, which will also contain the 2 stones inside it. The pan will spin by the action of an electric engine/reductor, as its base will be locked on top a metal spinning disc connected to the engine/reductor shaft. The two stones will spin in opposite directions by the action of the spinning base. The stones need to apply a force on the base in order for them to fine ground cocoa bits. In order to that, a system of coils needs to be built so that a force can be applied on each stone. The stones and coil system will have to be easily detachable from the pan, as well as, the pan itself from the disc that holds it, so that chocolate can poured in another recipient.
