Description:
I need a stone mill grinder powered by an electric motor. There will be two granite stones weighing circa 10 kg each that will spin on top a granite base, which weighs 15 kg. The base will be at the bottom of a stainless steel pan, which will also contain the 2 stones inside it. The pan will spin by the action of an electric engine/reductor, as its base will be locked on top a metal spinning disc connected to the engine/reductor shaft. The two stones will spin in opposite directions by the action of the spinning base. The stones need to apply a force on the base in order for them to fine ground cocoa bits. In order to that, a system of coils needs to be built so that a force can be applied on each stone. The stones and coil system will have to be easily detachable from the pan, as well as, the pan itself from the disc that holds it, so that chocolate can poured in another recipient.

Hi,base on :
1) Granite Base is dia.360mm x 5mmT ( rough sketch II) ,but latest discussion panel (22 Oct 2014) , the thickness have been change 50mm
2) Stones , 100mm Height x dia 200mm discussion panel (21 Oct 2014) , recent discussion panel (22 Oct 2014), the dia. shown is dia 210mm
Please let us know which parameter we need to focus on
3) Design :
a) Driven of the turning disc via protruded shaft.... Does the design need show this drive mechanism?
b) How do you intend to handle pan after grinding process ? by winch ?
c) Positioning (Center) the stone and pan, pan static via fix structure and stone are by track..is this concept
acceptable

I may need to submit the revised file reflecting on the above explanation.

Have nice day....
Collaborating towards excellence..
Thank You :)

Everything steel related on this melangeur will be stainless steel. I will print the components and hand it over to someone else to cut them all, weld them and put everything together.

I guess the answer to your question is the design is a concept

hi, is the design you are after a concept, or do you want designed components. for example, the structure that your grinding machine will sit on will probably be steel or aluminium sections, channel, &;I&;-beam or tubulars. where you are getting this manufactured and if material is available, will have an impact on what is used. this is why I ask, concept or detail-design.

Can I use Autodesk Inventor? What output file types are you looking for? Inventor can export to all of the common file types.

Hi, not being able to use other software like 3dsMax,Rhino Solidworks etc. , reduces a lot the possibility to have a good project.

I attached one more sketch. As the bow spins chocolate gets stuck along the the walls. It is necessary a metal scrapper positioned very close to the bow´s walls to get them back inside the mixture. If you look at the 1st sketch, flip over it 90 degrees to your left, look from right to left and you will get the picture in the Rough Sketch II. Thanks

hi, do you have any rough sketches indicating size and arrangement, this would help to understand what you are after

Digital LCD Name Tag for wine glass
We are developing a digital “Name Tag” (LCD screen) for wine glasses that will communicate with a mobile app. so people will be able to communicate with the tag via their smartphone and find their glass in case they can’t tell which wine glass is theirs...etc. We are looking for few design concept options for a prototype 3D design that we will print.
ecig design
we need a ecig design, now all ecigs design are boring, all MOD looks the same, ego style all looks the same.we need a unique one,
Where there's muck there's brass
An alternative to picking up dog dropping with plastic bags. A cheap, easy to build, bio-degradeable design. It should, with a minimum of moving parts, (ideally 1-2 piece cardboard structure), pick up and enclose droppings. Should also include built in handle (reasonably distanced from holding section) Simplicity is key. As will need to be able to produce cheaply in large volumes. MUST BE MASS PRODUCEABLE for cost in the region of $1-2.
Leaside Project
I am building a new home and require innovative interior architectural design options ( kitchen, family room, living room and powder room) that will accommodate an exterior elevation that is already defined. One of the most important aspects to this assignment is the location of the interior foyer relative to the location of stairs that go up to the 2nd floor and down to the basement. The desired design of the foyer is to be defined in terms of its presence but not in a manner that it takes away from the interior space in a significant manner. Once a 1st floor layout is approved, the need to prepare a modern and eye catching interior design (with furniture, crown holding, tray ceilings, wainscotting, etc. ) with photo like renderings will be required. I have attached the exterior elevation (which is reversed to the actual location of the garage) but it provides a sense of the foyer location. I have also provided a PDF of the ground floor footprint that we have to work with. The dimensions of the foot print is fixed. This ground floor plan design is not the optimal in terms of the foyer so we are looking for innovative designs that will fit within the plan dimensions and our needs..
