Choosing Finalist

I am looking for someone to design something for me, and possibly cast it in resin or other materials for me.
For the designing part, you need to know how to model something in CAD and have a file that can be 3D printed. What you are designing requires creativity, and is a mix of art and practicality. What I am looking for is someone who can make a keycap for mechanical keyboards. At the end is some examples of competitors work, so you can get a feel for what I'm looking for. I am looking for original designs that are extremely creative.
As for the next steps, I need someone who can make a mold of a 3D printed prototype, and then cast it in resin. For the resin casting, it has to be 1:1 or very close to 1:1 as the final product requires very fine detail and dimensions to properly fit. I am looking for different and fancy colors.
If you just know how to use CAD, that's fine, I'll hire you for just that part. If you just know how to cast pieces, that's also fine, and please message me with details.
If you just know CAD, then I will pay $300 for a creative design in a 3D printable file format.
If you know how to cast resin, then for the initial run, I am looking to purchase 20 each of up to 5 different colors of the same design, for 100 total units. For the units, I will pay $5 per, or $500 for 100 units. If I like the quality, then I will hire you again for many, many more projects.
Here are some examples of what competitors are making, I am looking for something generally similar, but original and creative designs.

$300 will be awarded to the best 3D design, and $200 will be awarded to the second best 3D design.
If you can cast the design in resin, please let me know and we will do the order separately.
Major requirements: Creativity and fitment
The keycap consists of the stem, the top, the sides, and the design on top. The design can overlap onto the sides, but can not protrude much so as to prevent the keycap from hitting adjacent keys.
A 3D file of the stem can be found here: www.thingiverse.com/thing:344133
An example of a blank keycap with sides: www.thingiverse.com/thing:468651
(I am not looking for blank designs but rather intricate ones of whatever you decide)
Please be creative when designing the keycap, but don't go overboard. These keycaps go on mechanical keyboards and double as pieces of art and actual keycaps that are in use.
For the resin casting (separate from this contest, but contact me if you can do this):
1:1 casting, consistent colors, good structural integrity (no bubbles or soft resin)
- Any CAD software that can produce a file that can be 3D printed.

Very good designs.

If you won't mind please share with us some comment...
Correct me if i'm wrong ...
'Practicality wise when keycap are press it needs 1/2 depth of height to be functioned...
feasibility wise the design should cater the surrounding clearance, minimizing side for any protrusion that will obstruct its function.
Even ESC keycap required this clearance.
Appreciate your feedback for better understanding...
Thanks
