Specifically, I am using the Design of Experiment technique to evaluate the thermal behavior of avionics systems under different altitude and Mach number conditions and verifying the resulting data through both analytical and computational analysis. My professional journey began in 1972, right after finishing compulsory education. I started as an apprentice in a workshop, where I learned the art of model making for foundries, working on machinery and carpenter's tools for about five years. This period allowed me to gain solid experience and then embark on an independent career. Since 1977, I have worked diligently with major companies such as Breda Fonderie Bari, Nuovo Pignone Bari, and Fonderie Agusta in Benevento. These opportunities helped me consolidate my reputation and secure orders for the construction of new design models, especially for oil plants. I vividly remember the moment when I built my first multi-stage pump body at the age of 27. After working for 28 years, I decided to close my business due to disagreements with other partners. However, this did not dampen my passion and commitment to the industry. I gained skills in VISI CAD software rel.14, updated to release 20, and offered my services as an external CAD Designer for prestigious model and foundry companies such as Persico di Nembro and Fonderie CAB di Bastiglia. My experience also includes six months at a local iron carpentry, COMOSUD in Brindisi, where I worked on construction drawings and material lists. I am a Product and Mechanical Designer. Much of my career is involved in computer aided design of components for the aerospace, transportation and medical device industries. I am also a US Navy veteran. While working at United Launch Alliance (ULA) I supplied 3D CAD models from the engineering group to the tooling supplier enabling concurrent design of manufacturing tooling. I also supported the ordnance group by designing a stage separation component test stand. I have also designed more than 450 FAA certified components for the Adam A500 aircraft. I find that wherever I have worked, I bring three key strengths to the table: CAD expertise, component design and invariably I have gained a reputation as the GoTo guy to support high value projects. I have a passion for designing products that are making a positive impact on the environment. On my personal time I have designed concepts for Smoker, furniture and environmentally friendly lawn and garden power equipment. I am looking for a position that uses my skills, experiences and passion for product design to support your engineering group.
