My experience as an artisan enhances my abilities to do design of process plants. My experience includes construction supervision of plant where I also were part of the design team. I have experience in the complete workflow, from surveying pipeline routes, calculation of pipe sizes, friction losses, pump station design, pump selection and incorporating all this into a 3D model using either Inventor, AutoCAD or AutoCAD. From this I produce fabrication drawings for use in a workshop, and construction/assembly drawing to facilitate the construction phase.

Have been responsible for Creating Manufacturing drawings, Layout drawings and Sales drawings. Have been responsible for Creating Assembly drawings with weldment details as per customer standards. Have been responsible for Creating BOM and Stress Analysis. Have been responsible for Quality checking for drawing delivery Duration: 6 Months. Role: Design Engineer Platform tools and Technologies: Autodesk Inventor & Vault 2) Project Involved: High Performance Butterfly Valves Description: This is an development project for Butterfly Valves Activities Involved: Have been responsible for Creating 3D Modeling, Casting design. Have been responsible for Manufacturing drawings, Casting drawings, Have been responsible for Creating BOM and CFD Analysis. Have been responsible for Quality checking for drawing delivery Duration: 5 Months Role: Design Engineer Platform tools and Technologies: Autodesk Inventor & Vault 3) Project Involved: Thermal Processing Equipment Description: Designed new equipment such as Plasma Arc Melting (PAM), Electron Beam Melting (E-Beam), Plasma Arc Centrifugal Treatment System (PACT), Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR), Consumable Electrode Castingl, Rototrode & Powder Production Equipment according to various customer requirement. Duration: 6 Months Role: Design Engineer Platform tools and Technologies: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor. 4) Project Involved: Water treatment & sewage water treatment Description: I involved in the Product Design & Development from concept stage to Final Production for MicroDynamics microwave ultraviolet (UV) disinfection systems. Activities Involved: Responsible for creating sheet metal design and 3D Modeling Responsible for creating Manufacturing drawings and sheet metal drawings Responsible for creating new chain drive system design for wiper plate Responsible for creating BOM Responsible for Quality checking for drawing delivery Duration: 8 Months Role: Design Engineer Platform tools and Technologies: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor. 5) Project Involved: New Tier IV US Paver Design Description: Designed new parts models and weldment considering Value Engineering aspects. Upgraded sub-systems of Tier III machine to Tier IV and created manufacturing drawings. Created ECNs, Items and updated Engineering documents in Autodesk PSP (Product Stream Professional 2009), CFD Analysis & Created BOM in ERP. Duration: 3 Months Role: Design Engineer Platform tools and Technologies: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor. 6) Project Involved: Re-design of 10 Feet Auger assembly Description: I involved redesign of 10 feet long Auger Assembly exclusively for US Paver. Created ECNs, Items and updated Engineering documents in Autodesk PSP (Product Stream Professional 2009), CFD Analysis & Created BOM in ERP. Duration: 3 Months Role: Design Engineer Platform tools and Technologies: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor. 7) Description: High Energy Batteries are used in the Torpedoes Missile in navy submarines. This was manufactured first time in India after Russia. These Batteries initially gives more throttle for the missiles to achieve their target faster. This is a Air Launched Combat Torpedo At 1 ME. This project is done in reverse engineering process of Russian technology. Duration: 3 Months Role: Design Engineer Platform tools and Technologies: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor. 8) Project Involved: Description: This is the one of the development project for Electro Chlorinators, which is used to purify the water. The whole Electro Chlorinator machine prototype machine was designed by me under the guidance of project Engineer. I involved all R&D activities, testing, modeling, detailing and assembly drawings.
