I am an Ex-Autodesk employee, and have been in Piping design for about 11 years, and working with AutoCAD plant 3d for past 6 years. I have implemented AutoCAD plant 3d for many of my clients, which include below, Content creation(P&ID, 3D content) Project configuration(Tags, numbering, etc) Project Customization(Templates, Reports, Isometrics, etc) Conversion of 2D P&ID's into intelligent P&ID's This includes understanding the current non intelligent workflow followed know Plant Projects, and configure the AutoCAD Plant 3D environment which will be tailored to meet clients workflow, end users output format, etc. I can help you transform from non intelligent modeling phase into Intelligent modeling phase using AutoCAD plant 3d.  Performing overall layout drawings of Piping arrangements involved.  Detail drawing for entire Pipe & Duct system and checking correlated with standard drawings.  Extraction of isometrics drawings with respect to the General Arrangement & overall layout.  Preparation of Bill of Quantity for Piping and its fitting components.  Tabulating different types of pipe supports in accordance with Pipe support schedule to execute bill of quantity.  Final Review of Pipe ducting components MTO and coordinate with procurement for order placing.  Checking issues of fabrication detail drawings according to schematic drawings.  As-built drawings taken as per site erection.  Aware of HVAC Drawings (HVAC Plan, Section, Schematic, and Balancing) respect to design requirements and contract requirements with coordination of other disciplines and submitted as per the approved schedules to the consultant / client for review & approval.
