I involved in the Product Design & Development from concept stage to Final Production for MicroDynamics microwave ultraviolet (UV) disinfection systems.

Responsible for creating new chain drive system design for wiper plate

5) Project Involved: New Tier IV US Paver Design
Description:
Designed new parts models and weldment considering Value Engineering aspects. Upgraded sub-systems of Tier III machine to Tier IV and created manufacturing drawings.
Created ECNs, Items and updated Engineering documents in Autodesk PSP (Product Stream Professional 2009), CFD Analysis & Created BOM in ERP.

6) Project Involved: Re-design of 10 Feet Auger assembly

I involved redesign of 10 feet long Auger Assembly exclusively for US Paver. Designed new parts models and weldment considering Value Engineering aspects. I have created manufacturing drawings and assembly drawings.

7) Description:
High Energy Batteries are used in the Torpedoes Missile in navy submarines. This was manufactured first time in India after Russia. These Batteries initially gives more throttle for the missiles to achieve their target faster. This is a Air Launched Combat Torpedo At 1 ME. This project is done in reverse engineering process of Russian technology.

8) Project Involved:
Description:
This is the one of the development project for Electro Chlorinators, which is used to purify the water.
The whole Electro Chlorinator machine prototype machine was designed by me under the guidance of project Engineer. I involved all R&D activities, testing, modeling, detailing and assembly drawings. I also involved machine assembly, erection and commissioning.
