About Mechanical Engineering: Welcome. My name is Lukasz Kaminski and I have been the owner of Mechanical Engineering for over a year. I am an engineer with seven years of experience specializing in technology and construction. My company designs and sometimes manufactures machines and production equipment for various industries through manufacturing companies. My specialty is the design of machines and devices as well as entire production lines and production equipment: welding and assembly instruments, machining brackets, multi-stroke dies/dies. I approach each project individually through an initial conversation with the client. My services are used by both individual customers and production companies. My priority is the safety of using the machines I design and adapting them to the standards and regulations in force in the European Union. In the process of constructing new equipment, I carry out in detail risk assessment and validation with applicable EU standards and directives, which are mandatory when granting the CE mark to new devices. I invite to cooperation individual clients and enterprises to whom I offer: • 3D design in modern CAD environments, • Development of complete designs of machines and devices, technological equipment and production lines in order to implement them into production, • Modification and modernization of existing structures, • Technical support during the development of prototypes of machines and devices, • Design assistance during the implementation of large and complex construction orders, • Creation of construction documentation of machines, parts and subassemblies, which includes: assembly drawings, assembly drawings, manufacturing drawings, drawings of semi-finished products for laser cutting, • Creating technical documentation for patent purposes or obtaining EU subsidies, • FEM strength calculations with preparation of reports.
