About
A motivated management/design professional focused on developing and maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality control processes through assessments and problem solving on multi-disciplined public and private development programs. Factual, timely, and intellectually honest approach to written and personal communication that seeks thoughtful collaboration with owners, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies that deliver productivity, revenue, and accountability.
If capital investments programs and projects can be defined as a trinity between Owner’s, Contractors and Design Consultants, then Mr. Schneider can attest to bridging barriers by having worked and succeeded in each realm. Beginning his career as civil design engineer in Orange County, CA, Mr. Schneider worked on all types of development projects from residential, commercial and industrial to public works infrastructure. Transitioning to development, Mr Schneider has worked on Shopping Centres, master planned communities and even engaged in a LAFCO process. As regulatory requirement evolved, so did Mr. Schneider’s involvement with both the Subdivision Map Act, CEQA and development agreements. He gained further experience working on remediation assessments, brownfield projects, LEED requirements, and natural resource management including dealing with endangered species, wetlands, and watershed impacts.
