• Manufacturing and Design Engineer Energy Recovery Industries · Full-time Jan 2018 – Present 7 yrs Bitola, Municipality of Bitola, North Macedonia As a Manufacturing and Design Engineer at Energy Recovery Industries, I collaborated with colleagues on the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and product designs to increase efficiency, capacity and decrease expenses. One of my key accomplishments was developing and implementing a heat exchanger production line from concept to series production. Additionally, I evaluated new product designs and conducted detailed production cost calculations to ensure that our products were both functional and cost-effective. To support the production of our products, I designed stamping tools, hydraulic presses, and winding machines production lines. Throughout my time at Energy Recovery Industries, I was committed to delivering high-quality products that met the needs of our customers while optimizing production processes for cost savings and improved efficiency.

I worked closely with manufacturing departments, sub suppliers, and customers to discuss and solve complex problems, and developed, tested, and evaluated theoretical designs to ensure they met the necessary requirements.
