Grades levels that is compared with existing Surface, Contour Profilesto Check the Grades of the Surface,

2. Storm Water Management Plan (Drainage Design)
With the help of exiting Contour data that we obtain from GIS site or software, we propose the location
of Lawn Basin, Catchment Basins, Drain Tiles, Man Holes for facilitation of Watershed areas by analysing
Flow Arrows on Civil 3D Surface. Storage Tank for Community usage as per city’s demand.
Based on the Municipal Design as per zoning we provide the Service Utility Connections for Projected
Lots.
As Per Zoning the Lots are Pre-divided for Residential Use (Zoning by Law). The Catchment areas Flood
Detention was maintained Calculated Using Documented Formula on Excels for Pipe line management
(Manning’s Equation). The Water shed areas was Fixed by Maintaining Slopes of Catchment areas
4. Survey Requirement Plan
It was made to ease the Surveyor’s Work using GIS of City, of the Proposed Areas. To add note of the
areas where Surveyor’s Data was required.
5. Sediment Control Plan & Grading Plan
In Contour Surface we analyse the Site Plan we proposed the Grades of the Ground Level in order to
prevent the erosion of Building site where propose Retaining Wall which was made using IS Codes Based
Documented Excel Sheet, we provide Access Pads to Facilitate the Vehicles to Site for Entry on
Construction.
