About
I excel at in CAD Design with a particular skill at modeling aerospace structural components and assemblies from old 2D drawings to facilitate manufacturing. The first part I modeled for machining included 7 sheets of detailed dimensions and complex geometry, and I nailed it in few weeks where others had spent several months and gave up.
I worked professionally in CATIA v5 for 8 years including for Boeing having won the 2012 COE Top Gun XXV award. For the last 10 years I've been working in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for Honeywell and added Siemens NX 2 years ago.
I am personally licensed with SolidWorks, and am willing to invest in CATIA, AutoCAD, or NX licenses as well if the work justifies it, otherwise there are VPN or remote desktop solutions if you have licenses available.

CAD Administration is one of my primary roles. SolidWorks is the main platform we use. I am responsible for CNC machining including lathes, 3 and 5-axis mills, as well as robotic automation cells. I also model parts in Siemens NX for some of our 5-axis milll/turn parts and manage 2D facility drawings in AutoCAD for the purpose of streamlining equipment layouts.
