   Manage CREO files and other relevant documents in the client database (PLM).
   Prepare and submit estimation sheets and project proposals to clients.
   Prepare data for invoice creation and send invoices to customers.
   Gather feedback from clients.
   Conduct induction training for new team members.
   Regularly evaluate team members' competencies and contributions to projects.
   Continuously improve team members' skills by identifying and arranging necessary training courses.
