Currently, I am part of the FEI Baja SAE team, dedicating myself to innovation in mechanical design and process optimization. In the position of Transmission Box Member, I focus on improving the powertrain system to ensure efficiency and durability, skills that are grounded in my Mechanical Engineering education at FEI, expected to be completed by November 2027. My educational journey is complemented by a specialization in Mechanical Design Drafting from Senai, expected to be completed by December 2024.   • Design and finishing team member FEI Baja · Part-time May 2024 – Present 5 mos undefined, Brazil In this role, I contribute to the creation and improvement of the vehicle's design components, ensuring the quality and aesthetics of the fabricated parts.

    Responsible for manufacturing side fairings, hood, nose, headrest, firewall, splash guards, and other design components of the vehicle.
    Participation in the manufacturing of the car's foams and fabrics.
    Ensuring the quality of the fabricated components, adhering to the team's established standards.
    Documenting and organizing design and production processes for future reference.
    Training new team members in design and finishing techniques.
    Studying to improve design components, fastening, and finishing.
    Researching new designs for components, including developing new geometry for the steering wheel.
    Delivering all components on time.
    Checking the stock of materials needed to produce parts for the season.
    During this time, I have acquired skills in handling various composite materials and significantly improved my technical abilities. This experience has been crucial for my professional development, allowing me to learn about composite materials, practical lamination skills, and develop my ability to work under pressure and in a team.
  • Transmission Box Memeber FEI Baja SAE · Part-time May 2024 – Present 5 mos undefined, Brazil As a member of the Fei Baja Transmission Box team, I contribute to the development and optimization of the vehicle's transmission system, ensuring efficiency and durability. My tasks within the subsystem include:

    Participating in the development of the Baja vehicle's transmission box.
    Studying how to conduct structural analyses and durability tests using software such as NX SIEMENS and ANSYS.
    Researching weight reduction and efficiency improvement for the transmission system.
    Documenting and organizing machining processes, schedules, and assembly manuals for future reference.
    Checking inventory and purchasing necessary materials for manufacturing transmission box components during the season.
    Attending planning and project review meetings to align objectives and deadlines.
    Creating designs in NX and generating drafts for machining.
    Studying machine projects for application in the project.
    Studying the sizing of gears, bearings, and seals.

  • SENAI - Serviço Nacional Aprendizagem Industrial Specialization course, Mechanical Design Projectist, null 2024 – 2024 Activities and Societies: null Currently, I am pursuing a Professional Specialization in Mechanical Design Drafting at SENAI, where I am acquiring skills in the development and modification of mechanical projects. The course provides mastery of specific tools in the field, focusing on improving the mechanical characteristics of equipment in compliance with technical standards. I am developing the ability to work with high quality, following technical procedures and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
