  I worked on simulation of injection molding process to reduce the bulding time
  of automotive pedalboards and I was involved on realizzation of an
  hydroforming exsperimental process to build parts of a cooling automotive
  system. I also worked on the calibration of the pressures and counterpressures
  that allowed the forming of the steel in the limits of the minimun thinning.
  Diesel engine design dept. at Fiat Research Center – Orbassano (TO): I
  worked on the application of a 1.9 JTD diesel engine for aeronautical use. In
  particular, I was involved on layout study of a new gearmotor coupled to the
  existing engine and chassis.
