About
I am a resourceful, flexible, and enthusiastic individual who possesses a considerable amount of
practical and theoretical knowledge.
In design this has been achieved using software such as AutoCAD
and Solidworks, through an undergraduate degree, numerous online courses and on the job experience.
In Project Management this has been achieved through nearly 3 years in my previous role as a Project
Manager and several online training courses. These skills can be transferable to any work
environment, whether this be as part of a team or for individual work.

While at Imedco I have been part of the design team taking an MRI room from concept stages through
to completion and handover. These rooms can vary greatly in specification and can be required to
either replace an existing MRI room, or as part of a new build within an existing hospital or
clinic. My duties included but we're not limited to:
* Attending Site surveys and meetings on all projects with contractors and clients, sometimes on
multiple occasions for one project to ensure necessary changes had been made on site to the
specification.
* Negotiating programmes with contractors to provide the time required to produce the necessary
drawings. This was not always possible and so on multiple occasions it meant working to a
restrictive timetable but still being able to produce drawings of a high quality and making
sure materials delivered on time.

During my time at MMA I was part of the Project Management and Technical team. This involved the
following:
* Managing projects from concept design through to installation and aftercare. The projects that
were worked on ranged from small for end users, to sections of projects worth in excess of
£500,000 in aid of suicide prevention and as part of greening schemes for large construction
companies.
* Providing technical assistance to architects, main and sub-contractors on large and smaller
projects.
* Using CAD packages such as Draftsight, AutoCAD 2019 and Autodesk Inventor 2019 to design
bespoke parts and fittings required for where a standard fitting or system was required.
Included within this was the creation of 2D and 3D drawings, as well as interpreting general
arrangement and detail drawings from both architects, contractors and engineers.
