My last job was at Sky Corporation, one of the foremost companies when it comes to CATV, Internet and Telecommunications services in the country.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Digitize geographic maps for CATV network design and survey purposes.
• Draft and convert manually drawn CATV design plans to DWG format.
• Prepare and produce detailed shop drawings in 2D (floor plans, elevations & sections) and 3D formats (isometric & perspective views).
• Produce and present rendered 3D Models of CATV hardware/equipment for Sales and Contractor showcasing.
• Print hard copies of drawings to be used by other groups or contractors.
• Customize the AutoCAD environment and make AutoLISP programs for easier
and faster application as well as error-free production.
• Perform administration duties from time to time in the absence of the immediate superior.
• Train and assist newly hired employees and orient them to adhere with company CAD standards.
• Convert AutoCAD drawing files into SHP and KMZ/KML files for use in Google Maps or QGIS and vice versa.
