About
I'm a product developer and CAD surfacing specialist realising product ideas across diverse categories from consumer technology, homewares and structural packaging, through to transportation and architecture. I have successfully delivered projects including the iconic Colombo range of phones, next-gen ticketing machines for TfL, through to larger scale work for the spectacular London 2012 Olympics Aquatics Centre (Zaha Hadid). In addition, I have been part of and delivered a broad spectrum of projects for brands including John Lewis (cookware), Habitat (kitchenware), Tesco (hair-care devices), Cif Unilever (structural packaging), Coca-Cola (bottles and vending), Panasonic (TV) and INQ Mobile (mobile phones).

I’m passionate about 3D geometry and the transition of concepts through 3D creation, prototyping and to production. I love the process of taking an idea through the development phases collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in the process to bring vision to reality. I have designed for a range of materials & processes, including 3D printing, injection moulding and metal fabrication.
3D CAD /
I work extensively on form development and surfacing for products from initial design exploration through iterative refinement at key project stages, to the creation and definition of final production-quality surfaces.

As an Authorised Rhino Trainer, I create and deliver bespoke 3D digital modelling courses to design professionals, from product designers to architects, enabling them to upskill and maximise their potential and effectiveness when developing their projects using this powerful and flexible application.
