● Reverse Engineering of existing mechanisms/equipment.
● 3D modeling, Detailing & preparing manufacturing drawings for key customers.
● Costing and Estimation of the Projects.
● Preparation of Process Planning and Stage wise process drawings for effective manufacturing.
● Coordinate with Production and Manufacturing departments to monitor and support the process of the project.
● Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for outsource & commercial products.
● Overall design parameter calculation, part-list generation w.r.t general assemblies and technical documentation.
● Responsible for troubleshooting of machines.
● Knowledge of control plan.
