Shao worked four years as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. He has in-depth knowledge about the end-to-end process of strategic sourcing and procurement transformation. He has experience in advising clients on supply chain re-organization, developing Sourcing & Procurement strategies, and implementing solutions for both direct and indirect materials cost reduction. Shao studied Economics at Carleton College in Minnesota with full scholarships and graduated with honors.
