OASIS Project - Water Purification Machine
• Researched and developed an automated Blowdown Manifold Leak Test system with another intern. The test system comprises of different manifolds, controlled pneumatic seals, controlled solenoid valves, and pressure transducer.
• Designed and built a Stator Press Fixture which helped to accelerate the manufacturing time approximately 45 seconds faster and reduce the required personnel from 2 people to 1 person.
• Determined the optimal thickness of the stencils used for electric boards using the Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility Analysis method on Minitab software.
• Documented, modified, and released top-leveled packaging work instructions, manufacturing control BOMs, and drawings.

• Inspected and identified automobile problems; repaired vehicles by replacing/manufacturing substitute parts.
• Assigned to a special team in charge of remodeling the old oil providing system. The goal was to increase the efficiency of the maintenance line and avoid oil waste. The new system successfully stimulated an 8% summer profit target of the Express Maintenance and General Repair crew.
