Design an Offshore Fuel Cell Farm based on the Floating Production System concept. Size and Expertly asses the supporting mooring, feeding systems and underwater power cable for electricity transportation. Analyze the financial merits of the project and it’s dependency on the variable factors and electricity whole sell price. Calculate the Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Profitability Index for various Economical Environments.
